A user can get refund of charge credits standing unused in Blue Charge wallet if he/she does not wish to use Blue charge EV charging services anymore and willing to permanently cancel & delete the user profile. In such case user can drop us a mail on [email protected] with below details, our customer support team will process the refund of amount standing unused in Blue charge credit wallet.
